- With your spatula, break up any clumps of couscous in the frying pan.
- As your couscous absorbs the water, gently stir it. While cooking, some steam may be released.
- You can remove your couscous from the heat once it has been warmed through.
- Season with sea salt and serve in a serving bowl.
Reheating in a Saucepan
- Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
- Place the pan on a medium heat.
- After adding your couscous, add 2 tablespoons of water to the saucepan.
- Combine couscous and water and cover.
- Give it a stir after about three minutes, then let it steam for about three minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the stove once your couscous is hot enough.
- Using a fork, fluff up the couscous.

- To each cup of couscous, add 1 tablespoon of water.
- Set the microwave for 1 minute and place the couscous into it.
- Stir the couscous around after 1 minute in the microwave.
