  1. A preheat air fryer at 360 degrees Fahrenheit is recommended.
  2. Herbs should be thoroughly washed.
  3. Using a paper towel, dry off the herbs.
  4. Put the dried herbs in the air fryer basket after you remove the stems from the herbs.
  5. Put a rack over the herbs so they are protected.
  6. Three minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit is enough for an air fry.
  7. After 1 minute, toss the herbs to make sure everything gets dried evenly.
  8. Allow them to cool completely in a bowl after they have been chopped.
  9. It is possible to store them whole or crush them up after they have cooled. 

Dehydrating Herbs In An Air Fryer

Despite the ease with which you can dry herbs, you will not be able to remove all of the water contained within them. Dehydrating them will be necessary for this.

  1. On a baking sheet, place an oven tray and silicon tray. In this way, you will prevent the herbs from sticking to your baking sheet.
  2. Put the oven on the lowest heat setting possible.
  3. 30 minutes in the oven.
  4. Within 30 minutes, check the herbs. Crush them easily if you can. 

Microwave 

Using a microwave to dry herbs is simple, but be sure to take a few precautions! When they are burned with this method, they can easily burn.

  1. Remove the herbs’ leaves and clean them.
  2. You can microwave the herbs for 1 minute by placing them between paper towels.
  3. The herbs should be checked and microwaved again if necessary.
